Contacts are a great alternative to glasses but must be worn properly. You must always follow the manufacturers recommendations as well as your doctors recommendations for replacment and duration of daily wear. Never overwear your contact lenses (max 12 hours/day) and dont keep them longer than the recommended replacment time. You should never sleep in your contacts and replace the storing solution every day. Cases should be replaced monthly.
